Problems Viewing Secure Pages

If you are getting an error page after clicking Login, Checkout, or going to a secure page on our site, follow the instructions below. If they do not solve your problem, please use the Feedback link at the bottom of our website and send us a "Functionality Suggestion" so that we can assist you.

  1. If you do not see the Menu Bar at the top of your browser, press the Alt button.
  2. Click on Tools, and then Internet Options at the bottom of the list.

  3. Click on the Advanced tab and scroll all the way to the bottom.

  4. Make sure that Use TLS 1.0 is selected. If not, select it.
  5. Click OK to close this window
  6. Press F5 to refresh the page, and you show now be able to continue.
